Our team of experts handle everything from initial appraisal of a site or single property, to onboarding, nightly room marketing & booking control, right through to guest check in. We even include a single point of contact for guests. After a stay we manage guest departure, cleaning, and linen change along with the replenishment of consumables, right though to payments and account management.
Staycay was built by a team of property professionals who run businesses specialising in property development, property sales and traditional lettings management.
With over 50 years of combined property management at board level, the Directors saw a gap in the market with their own experiences in letting property in the short term, using providers such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
Staycay was formed in 2022 and now boasts the management of over 170 properties, some individual and some as multiple units or complete blocks.
